Eduard’s tooling delivers outstanding surface detail with finely recessed panel lines and subtle rivet work, capturing the sleek lines of the Merlin-powered Mustang. The P-51B played a crucial role in long-range bomber escort missions over Europe, dramatically improving Allied air superiority once paired with drop tanks.

The kit features a highly detailed cockpit with accurate instrument panel, sidewall detail, and seat components. Clear parts are provided for the framed birdcage canopy, allowing for open or closed display options. Depending on the boxing, photo-etched details and masks may be included, along with high-quality decals for multiple wartime marking options.
