Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns. We do not designate any items as “final sale.”
Eligibility

Start your return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories.

Returns requested after 14 days or items not in original condition may be denied.
How to start a return

Email Owner@carpetmonsterhobbies.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Drop the package off within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

A 5% restocking fee is deducted from the item price.

Return shipping is on us (no charge to you).

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection; bank timelines may vary.
Example: If the item price was $100, your refund is $95 after the 5% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right. (The 5% restocking fee does not apply when the issue is our mistake.)
Non-returnable items
We do not label products as “final sale.” However, returns may be declined if items are used, missing parts, or outside the 14-day window.
