Academy 1/72 P-51C Mustang Fighter is a compact, nicely detailed kit of the early Merlin-powered Mustang variant, used as both a long-range escort and fighter-bomber by USAAF and Allied forces. In 1/72 scale it builds into a sleek model with the razorback spine and elegant lines that make the early Mustangs so distinctive.

This kit features recessed panel lines, a molded cockpit, clear canopy parts, and a decal sheet with wartime markings. External stores such as drop tanks are typically included so you can display your build in an authentic mission-ready configuration.
